End-user license agreement

Goldilocks Bookkeeping is a private tool operated by Jeff Coughlin for organizations whose books he manages. By connecting a QuickBooks Online company, an administrator of that organization authorizes the tool to read its accounting data and, only where the operator has approved a specific change, to write accounting records.

1. Use. The tool is provided only to organizations that have asked the operator to keep or review their books. It is not sold or licensed to anyone else.
2. Responsibility. All changes are reviewed by the operator before they are applied. The organization remains responsible for its own books, reconciliations and filings.
3. No warranty. The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
4. Ending use. Either party may end use at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks (Settings → Apps) or by notifying the operator.
