Privacy policy

• What is accessed: QuickBooks Online accounting data (accounts, transactions, reports and related records) of organizations that connect the tool.
• How it is used: only to help the operator, Jeff Coughlin, keep and review those organizations' books (for example, flagging uncategorized or duplicate transactions and preparing financial summaries for the organization).
• AI processing: data is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI assistant solely to generate responses for the operator. It is not used to train AI models.
• Sharing: data is never sold. It is shared only with people inside the organization it belongs to (for example, its treasurer or board).
• Storage and security: connection credentials are stored on the operator's own computer in files readable only by the operator. Data is not stored on any public server.
• Deletion: disconnecting the app removes its access; on request the operator deletes any stored copies.
